Nayattu is one of the super successful movies in Malayalam. Starring Nimisha Viajyan, Jojo George, and Kunchako Boban in the lead roles, the film is directed by Martin Prakkat. The film is getting remade in Telugu soon. Rao Ramesh and Anjali are playing the roles of Jojo George and Nimisha. For the role, originally played by Kunchako Boban, the makers of the Telugu version initially approached Sharwanand, Sree Vishnu, and a couple of other actors.

But no one liked the role and rejected the offer, leaving the role falling into the hands of comedian Priyadarshi. Priyadarshi did comedian roles in Telugu and Mallesham is his solo lead project. After that, he gained a small market. In the original, it is Boban's role that actually has a lot of scope to perform. Now, Priyadarshi is lucky enough to grab this role. Let us hope that he performs it well.
