Unlike the usual Sunday episodes, the episode on the fifth Sunday is very exciting in the Bigg Boss TV show. The Navaratri special episode went on for almost 4 hours. The following are some of the major highlights of the episode.

In this special festival episode, Nagarjuna divided the inmates into two teams. One of the teams is headed by Priya and the other team is headed by Ravi. Both the teams played 9 games on the occasion of Navaratri. Team Priya won 7 games and Team Ravi won 2 games. Priya's team won 7 trophies for the team's victory.

On this special episode, multiple celebrities attended the TV show as chief guests. Hebah Patel and Meenakshi Deekshith did dance performances. Manglee has given a singing performance. Hyper Aadi too came on the Bigg Boss stage and interacted with the inmates on a comic manner. Akhil Akkineni and Pooja Hegde came on the stage to promote the film Most Eligible Bachelor.

Akhil and Pooja interacted with the inmates. Sunny, Sreeram, Maanas, Shanmukh and Jessie tried to impress Pooja Hegde.

As a festival special, Bigg Boss played the videos of family members to the inmates.
