Thalapathy Vijay is currently occupied with the shoot works of his next film Beast. Pooja Hegde is playing the film's leading lady. The actor is currently in the news for registering a case against his parents. Along with his parents, he filed a case on 11 members.

Vijay alleged that the 11 members are using his name for holding meetings and other conferences. Vijay claims that he has no connection with the political party that his father is planning to float. He mentioned that they are using his name without taking his permission.

In his petition, Vijay requested the court to order a stay on their meetings and conferences. He also requested the court for an order to ban All India Thalapathy Vijay Makkal Iyakkam that has been established on his name. The civil suit filed by Vijay will come to hearing on the 27th of this month.
