Actor Arya landed in legal trouble as a Sri Lankan woman filed a complaint against him. The lady alleged that the Raja Rani actor promised to marry her and then later flew away by extorting money from her. Arya was also made to attend the investigation regarding the same. If we get into the story, a Sri Lankan woman has recently filed a complaint saying that Arya cheated on her in the name of love. She further added that he fled away with her money.

The Chennai Police have asked Arya to attend an investigation regarding the same. The actor attended the investigation and co-operated with the cops. More details about the investigation are yet to be unveiled. Arya married actress Sayyesshaa a couple of years ago. The pair has been blessed with a baby girl a few days back. Now, this case has caused a bit of disturbance in his life.

Arya is currently high on the success of his recent film Sarpatta. Directed by Pa. Ranjith, this movie had a direct release on Amazon Prime Video.
