We already knew that Malayalam star Fahadh Faasil is all set to play the main antagonist role in 'Pushpa' starring Allu Arjun in the lead role and the shooting of the film recently resumed earlier this month.

Recently, while talking in an interview, the 'Trance' actor has opened up on the flick. He revealed that he is yet to shoot for his portions and is looking forward for the upcoming schedule. Fahadh Faasil will have a larger role in 'Pushpa 2' and his portion is small in 'Pushpa 1'. However, 'Pushpa' might hit the screens in 2023. The makers will complete 'Pushpa 1' shoot by mid-August. The film will be released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada languages.

The film features Rashmika Mandanna in the female lead role followed by Prakash Raj, Jalapathi Babu, Sunil and Dayanand, etc in pivotal roles. Rumors are rife that Sunil will play a negative role in the movie.
