Prabhas' Salaar is one of the most exciting films in recent times. Prashanth Neel is the film's director. Shruti Haasan plays the leading lady. The film unit revealed picked up a vintage backdrop for this action thriller. We hear that the film's story will take place in Mysore during the 1970s.

Prabhas will be seen in two different roles and the director is taking extra care in designing attractive looks for the actor. The film unit will be using vintage bikes and cars for the action sequences in the film.

There are reports that Bollywood beauty Vani Kapoor is in talks for one of the leading ladies in the film. Kajal Aggarwal is also in talks for a special song in the film. The official confirmation on the same will be out soon.

Ravi basrur is the film's music director. Hombale Films is bankrolling the project.
