Actor Vishal actively produces films under Vishal Film Factory. It is common that producers take loans from financiers. For the production of Irumbu Thirai, Vishal took a loan amount from producer RB Choudhary. For the same, Vishal submitted documents to the senior producer but the producer misplaced the documents and Vishal lodged a police complaint.

Last night, Vishal took to his Twitter profile and wrote, "It’s unacceptable that Mr #RBChoudhary failed to return the Cheque Leaves, Bonds & Promissory Notes months after repaying the loan to him for the Movie #IrumbuThirai, he was evading giving excuses & finally told he has misplaced the documents. We have lodged a complaint with Police."

RB Choudhary has finally come to know about the same. But, the producer reacted to the same as if there is no issue at all.

Talking to the Vikatan portal, RB Choudhary called it a simple matter. He said that the documents were handled by the director Sivakumar who passed away recently. RB Choudhary, however, claims that he has given in writing that Vishal has cleared all the pending dues. "I am not in town and I will solve the issue once I am back," he revealed.
