After the failure in Tamil Nadu Assembly elections, versatile actor turned politician Kamal Haasan’s political party Makkal Needhi Maiam (MNM) lost some big leaders. They criticized Kamal for his monopoly.

As so many leaders left the party, rumors started that Kamal would also quit politics. But, Kamal Haasan has finally come out and responded to the rumors. Posting a video on his social media Kamal said, he is not going to quit politics as long as he is alive.

“Everyone knows how transparent I was in forming alliances. They were temporary people and they will not understand the ideology of our Makkal Needhi Maiam party. Those who are still working for the party will definitely be empowered. The people of Tamil Nadu will see the newer version of Makkal Needhi Maiam very soon,” said Kamal in the video.

Ending the rumors, Kamal Haasan finally broke the silence and revealed that he wants to stay in politics no matter what.
