Mega hero Vaisshnav Tej made his debut with the interesting film Uppena. The actor tasted success with the film and is now awaiting the release of his second film which is wrapped up already. Krish Jagarlamudi is the director of this untitled movie. The film features Rakul Preet Singh in the leading lady role. The movie is based on ‘Kondapolam’ novel written by Sannapureddy Venkata Ramireddy.

Touted to be a rural drama, the movie will have multiple interesting elements. Krish completed the film during the lockdown and pinned many hopes on the success of the movie. Krish is planning to release the film in theatres but we hear that the movie will hit an OTT platform.

Since the situation around is not favoring for theatrical releases, the film unit decided to release the movie on a OTT platform and is currently holding talks with a leading digital platform! More details on the same will come out soon.
