Teja Sajja needs no introduction to youth. He is well known as a child artist to a lot of people in this generation. Later, he made his debut with Oh Babu and tasted a success with Zombie Reddy, that released recently. Now, he is gearing up for the release of a new movie titled Ishq, the official remake of a Malayalam film with the same title.

Priya Prakash Varrier plays the leading lady. With Tuck Jagadish getting postponed, the makers of Ishq decided to use this slot and release their movie. On the occasion of Ugadi, the makers announced the release date as April 23rd. Mahati Swara Sagar is the film's music director.
