Kamal Haasan and director Shankar came forward for the project Indian 2. Indian 2 is the official sequel of the successful film Indian that released in 1996. The film is supposed to release in Telugu as well, with the title Bharateeyudu 2. Unfortunately, the film's shoot was halted because of multiple reasons. Shankar also moved on to his other project with Ram Charan. The makers of Indian 2 approached the Madras high court against Shankar that he is doing other projects without completing theirs. The producers, Lyca Productions requested the court to issue an order, banning Shankar from directing other projects. Now, we came to know that the court rejected Lyca’s plea of banning Shankar from directing other projects. The court, however, ordered director Shankar to respond to the case filed by Lyca before the 15th of this month. Thus, it is a big relief for Shankar in this case.
