Ranbir Kapoor starrer 'Brahmastra' is undoubtedly one of the much-awaited movies in Bollywood. Touted to be a pan-indian magnum opus, the movie is going to be the first installment of director Ayan Mukerji's ambitious fantasy trilogy. Alia Bhatt and Mouni Roy are playing the female lead in this movie which is going to feature stars like Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Shahrukh Khan in crucial roles.
Ever since the movie hit the floors, the movie unit has been facing so many obstacles because of the covid-19 pandemic, the lock down, financial issues etc. On this note, rumours are coming out that Ayan Mukerji and producer Karan Johar has have decided to push the release date of the movie. Karan Johar from Dharma Productions in association with Fox Star Studios is bankrolling this project. The producers wanted to release the film between November and December.
But now, the credible sources have revealed that because of so many big movies like Akshay Kumar's 'Prithviraj', Shahid Kapoor's 'Jersey', Tiger Shroff's Heropanti 2', Aamir Khan's 'Laal Singh Chaddha' are also in line for a Grand release in the year-end, the producers have decided to postpone the release of their film. The makers are yet to unveil the official release date of the movie.
