Telugu cinema is the only industry that has recovered from the Corona crisis. A number of films are geared up for a grand release in theatres of which, few have already become blockbusters.

The first quarter of 2021 is complete and many producers tasted profits with their movies. From January to March, this year, there are 66 straight releases in 3 months.

The Telugu film industry is the only industry in India that has bounced back. Among the several films that released at the box-office in these three months, Krack, Uppena, and Jathi Ratnalu have become big hits. They are declared blockbusters.

On the other hand, half a dozen other films also made money. Tollywood's calendar is full until the year-end with major biggies lined up for a massive release. We have to see if the number of blockbusters will grow big or come down in the coming quarters.
