Digital giant Amazon Prime Video has been producing a couple of web series with Indian actors. Now, the OTT platform is all set to foray into film production as well. We already knew that Bollywood star hero Akshay Kumar is all set to come up with yet another interesting movie 'Ram Setu'. Touted to be a mythological film, Abhishek Sharma is helming this project.

As per the latest reports, Amazon is going to co-produce this prestigious project along with Abundantia Entertainment and Lyca Productions. After completing his current commitments, Akshay Kumar is going to kick start the shooting of this film. The makers are going to officially launch the movie on March 18th 2021 in Ayodhya. Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushratt Bharucha are on board to play the female leads in this movie.

On the other hand, Akshay Kumar has recently wrapped up the shooting of his upcoming movie 'Sooryavanshi' and also has 'Bell bottom', 'Bachchan Pandey', 'Atrangi Re' and 'Raksha Bandhan' in his pipeline.
