It is already known that a sequel to the 2019 film F2 is being made and is in the shooting stages. Titled F3, the film got done with a few portions of its shoot. However, the shooting works are now halted as the lead actor Venkatesh is busy with the shoot of his other film Drushyam 2. After the success of Drishyam 2 in Malayalam, Venkatesh immediately announced its remake in Telugu.

The shoot has begun already and the makers are planning to release it in July. To complete Drushyam 2 fast, Venky has postponed the shoot of F3. On the flip side, even director Anil Ravipudi is also set back by the failure of his maiden production venture Gaali Sampath. This is the first failure in his career.

Thus, he is taking some time to come out of it. Apparently, the shoot of F3 resumes in May and Anil is planning to wrap it up in quick schedules. The film features Varun Tej, Tamannaah and Mehreen in the other lead roles. F3 is slated for release on August 27.
