'Savitri Wife Of Satyamurthy' is an upcoming Telugu film featuring veteran actress Srilakshmi in the lead role. 'Kerintha' fame Parvateesam is also playing the lead role in the film. Chaitanya Konda, a former associate of director Puri Jagannath is marking his directional debut with this movie. The casting of the film itself hinted that the movie is going to have a unique story.

How a 60-year-old woman ended up marrying a 25-year-old man is the main plot of the movie. The makers have launched the film officially. The movie unit had also organized a small Pooja ceremony at Ramanaidu Studios in Hyderabad. Gogula Nagendra is bankrolling this project.

While talking about the film, Lakshmi said that I've never played such a character before. "Parvateesam who should play my son's role is acting as my husband in this film which is funny," said Sri Lakshmi about her role.
