Mumbai High court has ordered Amazon prime Video to take down Natural Star Nani and Sudheer Babu's recent outing 'V' under the direction of Indraganti Mohana Krishna'. The film had a scene where actress Sakshi Malik's picture was got allegedly used without her permission. After finding her picture being used, the model turned actress has filed the petition seeking the removal of a photo by calling it as an invasion of privacy.

Sakshi Malik has posted the picture on Instagram in 2017. In the 2020 released 'V' movie, the same picture got used and was allegedly portrayed as a commercial sex worker. On this note, her advocate said that it is the unauthorized use of private material and they have to take down the film at any cost. "It is not acceptable for the movie unit to pixelate or blur the images," said Sakshi's advocate.

The court has also reportedly restrained the movie unit from releasing their movie on any media platform until they delete the image. The court will further hear the case on March 8th. However, Amazon Prime Video has now taken down the movie from the platform and will upload it again once the issue has been resolved.
