The episode started with Nagarjuna's entry with 'Soggade Chinni Nayana' song. The housemates surprised Nagarjuna. Avinash, Abhijeet, and Sohel dancing for 'Jagada Jagada' song. Monal, Ariyana, and Harika joined them and danced for 'Bhimavaram Bulloda' song. All the housemates danced for 'Ma Ma Mass' song.

Nagarjuna asked the contestants to go into the confession room one by one. Ariyana couldn't go in first and started to cry. Nagarjuna asked her to come out and she did. Sohel went in next and completed the task. Harika and Akhil also completed the tasks. Monal, Abhijeet, and Avinash also completed the tasks. Nagarjuna showed the video of Sohel and Akhil in the confession room and everyone laughed. Ariyana tried to go into the confession room and completed the task. 

Kannada Superstar Kicha Sudeep came on to the stage and surprised the housemates. Sudeep asked Avinash who would he kill, date, and marry amongst the three girls in the house. Avinash said that he would hook up with Monal, marry Harika, and kill Ariyana. Sudeep asked what is important to Harika; loyalty or winning. She said it is loyalty. Sudeep asked Abhijeet if he would prefer Harika with long hair or short hair. Abhijeet said short hair. If Ariyana woke up like Avinash, she said she would never wake up. Sudeep asked Sohel to choose between chicken and mutton and Sohel said the latter. Sudeep asked Akhil if he has a superpower to make one housemate disappear, who would it be and Akhil said that is Monal. 

Sudeep asked what kind of rumor Monal wants to spread about herself, she said that she is strong. Nagarjuna said that it would definitely be a rumor as she is very emotional. Sudeep said that Akhil is in safe zone and left the stage admitting that the first two Telugu he has ever watched in the theatres are 'Geethanjali' and 'Shiva'. 

Nagarjuna said that Avinash has three choices. He can be confident and not use the eviction free pass. He can use the pass or give it to Ariyana who is in the danger zone. Avinash said that he will use it for himself this week. Nagarjuna said that it is a good decision as he would have got eliminated this week. The episode ended with Nagarjuna and housemates feeling happy that the Super Seven is still intact.
