Andhra Pradesh government has sent a representative to the final rites of legendary singer SP Balasubrahmanyam and the chief minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy also demanded 'Bharata Ratna' for him. Now, the government has taken a great decision to rename the government school of music after the legendary singer. AP Minister Mekapati Goutham Reddy announced the government's decision on Twitter.
"Recognising the legendary singer #SPBalu, our Govt has decided to rename the Government School of Music & Dance in Nellore as “Dr. S P Balasubramanyam Government School of Music & Dance” tweeted Mekapati Goutham Reddy. Mekapati Goutham Reddy, the Minister of Industries, Commerce, IT & Skill Development has confirmed the same on his Twitter profile.
