'Stylish Star' Allu Arjun, after the stupendous of 'Ala Vaikuntapuramlo', has collaborated with Sukumar for third time for his next. The project is titled 'Pushpa' which was supposed to be released by Diwali 2020, but was postponed because of the pandemic.

After the government has granted the permission for the filmindustry to carry on the shooting under protective conditions, many big projects including #RRR has been commenced. Although Pushpa was supposed to start earlier, it has been postponed multiple times because of various reasons, including a crew member testing positive for COVID. Now, after much contemplation, the film started to roll today. Starring Allu Arjun, the film also has Rashmika as the female lead while Prakash Raj & Jagapathi Babu shall be playing a key role in the film. Devi Sri Prasad will be composing the music for the film, while Miroslaw Kuba Brozek, cinematographer of Nani's 'Gangleader' will be handling the camera work. The film is jointly produced by Mythri Movie Makers & Muttamsetty Media.
