The episode started with the housemates dancing for 'Malli Malli Radanta' song. Ariyana is seen talking about the housemates who didn't place a garbage bag in the bin before throwing the dust. Abhijeet asked her she should have gone and told those housemates. Ariyana sits in the storeroom with Amma Rajashekar and cried claiming that the housemates are targeting her.

Bigg Boss gave 'Ringulo Rangu' captaincy task to the housemates. Amma Rajashekar, Harika, and Ariyana will be in a ring with blindfolds and they will have a bell on their hands. Based on the bell sounds they should apply color on other shirts. The housemates with less color will win the task. Amma Rajashekar wins the task and becomes the new house captain. Ariyana, Avinash, Amma, Sohel, and Mehboob screamed with joy and danced.

Amma Rajashekar said to Mehboob that he and Sohel can take the garden area work which is the easiest one and he will give the remaining housemates difficult tasks and will send them to prison if anyone doesn't follow his orders. Amma said that he wants his captaincy week to be fun and picked Avinash as the ration manager. Bigg Boss gave 'GRB Carrot Halwa' task and when everyone were busy, a buzzer rings. Avinash goes in and takes a key and hides it in his pocket. He said that there was nothing in the storeroom and went to Amma Rajashekar and gave the key to jail.

Lasya teamed up with Akhil whereas Monal teamed up with Amma Rajashekar for the task and the housemates claimed that they both are winners. Amma Rajashekhar claimed that the punishment for talking in English is staying in jail for 10 to 15 minutes and if anyone sleeps, then the housemates should clean the entire bedroom the next day. He said that Sohel, Akhil and Abhijeet should cook and take care of the vessels in the morning as well as at night whereas Lasya, Monal, and Harika should cook lunch, clean, and sweep the entire house. But none of them accepted his proposal and said that the workload will be very high for them. However, Harika and Abhijeet tried to explain the same Amma Rajashekar just said that he is the captain and everyone should follow his rules.

Abhijeet talked in English and Bigg Boss asked him to talk in Telugu. Amma Rajashekar danced and asked Abhijeet to stand for a few minutes. The episode ended with the housemates changing the batteries. The last housemate to take the battery should give their egg to the first housemate to take the battery.
