Ayyappanum Koshiyum is one of the super successful films in Malayalam. The film is now getting ready for a remake in both Telugu and Tamil languages. Pawan Kalyan is confirmed to play one of the lead roles. There is no clarity on the other lead role of the movie. Pawan Kalyan will be seen as a cop in the film. Several names are doing rounds for the particular character. Vijay Setupathi, Rana Daggubati, Ravi Teja and Sudeep names are doing rounds in the filmnagar.

Interestingly, the film unit is still in talks with a couple of heroes and they may come up with an official confirmation soon. There is a lot of confusion around this second lead role. The film is a rural action drama.

Directed by Sagar Chandra, the film is produced by Sithara Entertainments banner. Thaman is the music director of the film.
