Sensational filmmaker Gunasekhar came up with an interesting movie Rudhramadevi 5 years ago. After the success of the movie, the director announced a sequel for the same film but it did not take off. Later, he teamed up with Rana Daggubati for yet another biggie Hiranyakashyapa. Now, the film has been kept aside because of the pandemic. Before starting this film, Gunasekhar has now come up with the announcement of a new movie. Today, on the occasion of Rudhramadevi completing 5 years, Gunasekhar announced a new pan-India film.

Sharing the news about the film, the director wrote, "Before manifesting the spectacle of Narasimha Avatar on the silver screen in ‘Hiranyakashyapa’. Presenting to you a whimsical ‘Tale of Love’ from the Adi Parva of the Mahabharata."

Gunasekhar shared the announcement video that had the caption, "The Love that was Forgotten. An unforgettable tale of love that remains."

This morning, Gunasekhar revealed that he is keeping Hiranyakashyapa aside until he wraps up this new movie. “Amidst this global pandemic, despite ‘Hiranyakashyap’ pre-production work completed, the massive scale shoot will take off later than anticipated and in the meantime I’ve embarked on another film,” the director wrote.

Gunasekhar is the writer and director of the film. His daughter Neelima is the producer. Mani Sharma is the music director of the film.
