The episode started with Nagarjuna's grand entry with 'Mr. Majnu' title song. The housemates greeted him happily. As it is Sunday which is a fun day for the housemates, Nagarjuna made the contestants play some fun games. Between Amma Rajashekar and Abhijeet, Amma Rajashekar won the balloon bursting challenge. Lasya and Devi played the tower with toilet paper challenge but both of them failed. 

Between Sohel and Kumar Sai, the latter won the straw stuffing challenge. Harika and Swathi played the sock wearing challenge and Swathi won the task. Between Akhil and Mehboob, the latter won the skipping challenge. Avinash won the bread eating challenge against Sujatha. Divi got the Apple Beauty award by winning over Monal. Devi unlocks a box and announced that Mehboob is in a safe zone.

Later, all the contestants danced for various songs and Nagarjuna announced that Harika is also in a safe zone. Later, Nagarjuna announced that Ariyana is in a safe zone. In the end, only Kumar Sai and Devi were left in the danger zone and Devi gets eliminated from the Bigg Boss house. Ariyana cried her heart out by hugging her. Everyone became emotional. Gangavva, Akhil, Amma Rajashekar, etc became teary-eyed. Some of the contestants got shocked as they thought that Devi is a strong contestant. Devi left the house.

Devi gave some encouraging and positive advice to the housemates. As a Bigg Bomb, Devi has sent Ariyana into the safe zone from nominations next week. Devi crooned, 'Nuvvunte Naa Jathaga' song and left. Tomorrow's episode promo hinted that there will be an interesting task for nominations this week.
