The episode started with Nagarjuna's power-packed entry with 'Oka Laila Kosam' song from his father ANR's classic hit film 'Ramudu Kadu Krishnudu'. He invited Karate Kalyani who got eliminated yesterday on to the stage who said that she wanted to be herself in the house but as everyone else in the house is playing the game, she herself has decided that she is unfit to stay in the house anymore.

As a part of the task, Kalyani picked Gangavva, Kumar Sai, Ariyana, Sujatha, and Sohel as the bottom 5 contestants in the house hotel. She voted for Harika, Amma Rajasekhar,  Monal, Divi, and Abhijeet for the top 5 contestants in the Bigg Boss house. Nagarjuna said that the bigg bomb is to nominate someone and Kalyani nominated Devi for next week's elimination.

With the balloon bursting task, Nagarjuna announced Abhijeet and Kumar Sai are in the safe zone. After a fun task, Nagarjuna announced that Noel is also in the safe zone. In the final task, there were two beakers in front of Monal and Harika who are in the danger zone. The contestants will come and pour water in the beaker of the weak contestant. At one point, both the beakers come to the same level and Sujatha's pick will become the deciding factor. She poured water in Harika's beaker and Harika gets eliminated from the Bigg Boss house.

The housemates become emotional and helped her in packing. But at the main gate, Nagarjuna suddenly said, 'Stop' and asked everyone to come back to the living room. He clarified that Harika is not eliminated and this is just a warning that no one should self nominate themselves from now on. The episode ended on a happy note with Nagarjuna announcing that the fourth season of Bigg Boss got the highest TRP ratings in the entire country and no other Big Boss in India received such high TRPs before. All the housemates become extremely happy.
