Legendary singer SP Balasubrahmanyam has tested positive for the coronavirus earlier this month. He was admitted to MGM Hospitals in Chennai. Later, he was put on life support as his health started getting deteriorated. Now, his son SP Charan confirmed that Balu is doing fine and his condition is stable. He also tested negative for COVID-19, which came in as a huge relief for all the fans. 

In his statement, Charan said, "My father is fine and Stable and his Corona test has become Negative. Will keep u posted about the updates. Thanks." Balu still remains on a ventilator and he is being monitored by the doctors. Ever since the news broke out, many fans are praying for his speedy recovery.

Even film celebrities like Chiranjeevi, Mahesh Babu, Varun Tej, Ilayaraja, Vishal, Devi Sri Prasad, Mani Sharma, Thaman and Anirudh Ravichander wished for the healthy recovery of Balasubrahmanyam. The management of MGM Hospitals is also giving regular updates about Balu's health.
