A former associate of filmmaker Sukumar, Munna, has helmed this project and SV Babu has bankrolled it under SV Productions.
'Neeli Neeli Aakasham' song, composed by Anup Rubens and lyrics by Chandra Bose, has went viral all over and the song rewrote several records on YouTube. With 200 Million views till now, there seems to be no stopping for the super hit number.
The film, which was ready for theatrical release before the lockdown, is rumoured to get OTT release. Since it is debut film for Pradeep, the makers want to release it in theatres only. Neeli Neeli song, which is continuously trending on YouTube for six months now, has reportedly recovered half of the film's investment.
According to industry insiders, a massive INR 1 Crore has been earned from YouTube and other audio streaming apps. This is definitely a big boost for the makers and this craze is now being utilised to sell theatrical rights, OTT rights and satellite rights for a huge amount.
