From the last few days, it is being reported that Akhil Akkineni will work with director Surender Reddy for his next film. Apparently, Krish wanted to produce this film under the banner First Frame Entertainments. But it seems that Surender Reddy quoted a budget of Rs. 45 crores for the project. This has shocked Krish and his team.

Now, they are skeptical to produce the film. Thus, we hear that Surender Reddy is searching for another producer for this film. At the same time, the Athanokkade director is also pitching ideas to producer Ram Talluri, who is making a film with Pawan Kalyan soon. If Ram gives his nod to Surender's story, we will do a film with Pawan and will keep Akhil's project on hold. Anyways, we will get clarity about Surender Reddy's next project in a few weeks.

His last directorial venture was Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. Starring Chiranjeevi in the lead role, it was a big hit at the box office.
