Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl is an upcoming Indian Hindi-language biographical film directed by Sharan Sharma. Janhvi Kapoor plays the leading lady of the movie. After her first film Dhadak, this second film of the actress is releasing on an OTT platform. The movie is produced under Dharma Productions and Zee Studios.

The film was supposed to have a grand release on 24th April but because of the lockdown, the movie did not release in the theatres. Now, the film unit has announced the release date of the movie.

As per the buzz, the movie is going to have a grand release on August 15th, on the occasion of Independence Day. The film is a biopic and it is produced by Karan Johar.
