We already knew that young hero Nithiin got engaged to his longtime girlfriend, Shalini in February and decided to tie the knot in April. The love birds planned a destination wedding in Dubai. But, due to the ongoing pandemic and lockdown, the actor has decided to postpone the wedding.

From the past few days, we have been hearing rumours that Nithiin's family is planning to organize the wedding next month and will pick a date after the completion of the Ashadha Masam. Turning the speculations to be true, Nithiin's family has decided that Nithiin will tie the knot with Shalini Kandukuri in July at a farmhouse in Hyderabad. The wedding will mark the attendance of close friends and family members.

"We had plans for a destination wedding in Dubai but the coronavirus pandemic has left us with no option but to change our plans. We have now decided to go ahead with a more private affair with only close family and friends," said Sudhakar Reddy, Nithiin’s father.

“We are happy to finally have an occasion. All wedding-related festivities will commence after July 12.” revealed a source close to the actor.
