The corona crisis has not only delayed the ongoing projects that are on the sets but it has delayed the projects under planning. One such project is the Hindi remake of 'Vikram Vedha'. It is known that 'Vikram Vedha' is a Tamil super hit film starring Vijay Sethupathi and Madhavan.
The movie was supposed to be remade in Hindi starring Aamir Khan and Saif Ali Khan. The director duo of the original, Pushkar-Gayari is going to wield the megaphone for the remake as well. Popular Bollywood filmmaker Neeraj Pandey is going to bankroll the project. The project has been officially announced long back but it has been delayed now.
Aamir Khan is presently working on 'Lal Singh Chaddha' directed by Advaith Chandan. Nearly 60% of the shoot completed and it will take at least six more months to wrap the film up due to the cancellation of shoots. Initially, Neeraj Pandey planned to commence the Vikram Vedha remake from February 2021. It will be delayed by a few more months now.
