Ranveer Singh starrer '83' is one of the crazy Bollywood films on the sets now. The movie is the biopic of cricket legend Kapil Dev. There were reports in the media that the makers are going for the direct OTT release as they have got a huge price. Well, that's not true.

The producers of '83' clarified that they are not releasing the film directly on OTT. The revealed that they are planning to release the film in August if the theaters are reopened. The statement has put a full stop to the speculations regarding the staggering deal of '83' digital rights. The movie mainly focuses on the 1983 world cup win of the Indian cricket team under the leadership of Kapil Dev.

Deepika Padukone, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Ammy Virk, Saqib Saleem played other crucial roles in the film. Kabir Khan is the director of '83'. The makers are planning to release the film in multiple languages along with Hindi.
