Karanam Malleswari biopic is on cards now. Kona Venkat writes the script and Raju Gade fame Sanjana Reddy is the director of the movie. The project's announcement came out only a few days ago. Since yesterday's morning, there are media reports that Sanjana Reddy has fallen ill. 

The media reports claimed that she was admitted to an ICU section of a private hospital. This morning, new rumors emerged that she is put on a ventilator. In the view of the same, to stop spreading false information, Kona Venkat issued a statement on her health status. 

The following is the statement from Kona Venkat:  Our “Karanam Malleswari” Biopic director @sanjanareddyd is absolutely safe & sound and she would be home in couple of days. She’s being treated for Viral fever. Please put an end to all the speculations.
