After iSmart Shankar, director Puri Jagannath joined hands with Vijay Devarakonda for his next film. Touted to be an action entertainer based on martial arts, the film unit considers 'Fighter' as the title of the film. But, Charmee Kaur, one of the film's producers revealed that there will be a change of the title for the movie.

According to Charmee Kaur, Fighter is just the working title of the film. Since the film hits the screens in different languages, the makers wanted to fix a single title in all languages which looks unique and different.

'Liger' is one title that the producers already registered in the past. They have zeroed on another title but the final call is yet to be taken. Charmee assures that the title gives the 'kick' to the fans who are waiting for the same.

Vijay Devarakonda marks his debut in Bollywood with the film. Hindi heroine Ananya Pandey makes her debut in the South.
