When it comes to films, the director is the captain of the ship. If a legendary filmmaker like Rajamouli is handling a film, he is the full in-charge of every aspect of the film. Even if it's a star hero's film, Rajamouli's word is final. Any official announcement about his project will only be made by Rajamouli and even producer is no exception to it. Without approval from Rajamouli, even the producer isn't allowed to reveal any official information about the movie.

But, RRR producer DVV Danayya has slipped his tongue while speaking to an English daily. He revealed that the release of the most awaited multistarrer is postponed. Leaving fans of Ram Charan and Jr NTR in disappointment, Danayya said that RRR's release will be moved from Sankranthi-2021 to summer next year.

The big-budget film which is running on high expectations may gain negative talk if it is delayed multiple times. Also, the makers should've found a better time to tell about the film's postponement. But, DVV Danayya slipped his tongue and that did not go down well with director Rajamouli.

According to industry insiders, Rajamouli became serious on the producer for revealing an important update about RRR without contacting him. Whatever, the most anticipated film will walk into cinemas in Summer-2021. We will have wait and see when the makers will announce a fresh release date.
