Since the time lockdown restrictions came into action, the film-related activities hit a roadblock. With months passing by, the pending film releases are growing. Analyzing the existing situations, critics and trade pundits already speculated about the postponement of the biggest film RRR. Sometime back, director Rajamouli expressed a benefit of the doubt about the film hitting the screens for Sankranthi but producer DVV Danayya confirmed it.

In a recent interview, RRR producer DVV Danayya updated the movie buffs that 70 percent of the shoot got completed. Since the team wants to shoot the film in Pune, it looks impossible now with the Corona Crisis. Danayya already alerted the team to shift the shoot to Hyderabad and the rescheduling is underway. Regarding the film's postponement, DVV Danayya confirmed their absence for Sankranthi, next year. An official announcement comes only after the shoot resumes.

Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, Samuthrakhani, Ajay Devgn, Olivia Morris, Rahul Ramakrishna, and others are a part of the film.
