Upasana, wife of Mega Power Star Ram Charan, is very active in social media and she has been promoting health awareness since long time as she has come from the family of health institution Apollo.

Coming to the actual point, Upasana is getting trolled for a shocking reason. She has posted a photo recently in her social media, in which she is trying to create awareness about strengthening bones. The sitting position of her in the photo becomes hot topic and many have started trolling in a abusive manner.

Some of Mega fans have suggested Upasana to delete the photo from social media handle, as it is getting abusive comments. However, here the intension of Upasana is very clear and she has the genuine reason.
