Megastar Chiranjeevi has clarified that Superstar Mahesh Babu is not part of his new film 'Aacharya'. He said that his team had never considered Mahesh for the film. Fans who were anticipating to see them share screen space are disappointed with the news.

In fact, rumors about Mahesh Babu and Chiranjeevi collaborating for Aacharya started only a month ago. The rumor had it that Koratala Siva had convinced Mahesh with his story and makers agreed to pay a remuneration of 30 Cr for 30 days of the shoot. But, neither Chiranjeevi's team nor Mahesh's PR team reacted to it. Since both camps remained silent, fans have considered the rumor as true.

Finally, makers have decided to go with Ram Charan for that role. Later, Chiru also expressed shock over netizens spreading 'Mahesh Babu in Aacharya' news on social media. It has actually shocked fans because Megastar was silent when the rumor caught fire and social media was abuzz with news about Mahesh Babu. But, he trashed them when everything is subsided.

But, sources close to Mahesh Babu tell that Superstar was initially approached by makers of Aacharya. But, they dropped the idea after Mahesh turned down the offer. That could be the reason why Chiru did not open up anything on Mahesh.
