VV Vinayak is well known as star director who knows mass pulse quite well. After making his directorial debut with Dil, the star filmmaker worked with several star heroes like Jr NTR, Ram Charan, Chiranjeevi, Balakrishna, Venkatesh and others. He did small roles in Chiranjeevi's Tagore and Khaidi No 150, but never considered acting as serious profession. But, in 2019, Vinayak was in the news for taking a film 'Seenayya' to make his debut as an actor. Dil Raju, who produced his first directorial Dil, is bankrolling this project too. It's expected to see the light in 2020.
Ram Gopal Varma is always a newsmaker and he will always top the list. In 2019, the director has become a subject of discussion with his movies - Lakshmi's NTR and Kamma Rajyamlo Kadapa Reddlu. Both of the movies sparked a huge controversy in AP politics. RGV was only able to attract all the attention with the teasers, but there was no attractive content in the film to grab audiences to theatres.
