Shalini Pandey has been opted out of the project 'Agni Siragugal' which is Telugu titled as Jwala and the role is now replaced by Akshara Hassan. The attitude of Shalini Pandey has irritated the producer T.Siva to a level that he got to complain against her in the producer's council from both Telugu and Tamil industries. “She is not co-operating for our film. The film was already completed 28 percent of its shoot part. We are trying to catch her” makers of Jwala have filed a complaint in Kollywood.

The recent news is Yash Raj Films, one of the prestigious banners in Bollywood, has announced that Shalini Pandey was roped in for JayeshbhaiJordaar, in which Bollywood hero Ranveer Singh is playing the main lead. Industry talks are that Bollywood's offer has changed Shalini's attitude.

Agni Siragugal is an upcoming Tamil action thriller film directed by Naveen and produced by T. Siva under the 'Amma Creations' banner. The film starring Vijay Antony, Arun Vijay, Akshara Haasan, Nassar, and Prakash Raj. The music is being composed by Natarajan Shankaran.
