This Friday, Tollywood is going to witness three major releases at the box-office: Ruler, Prathi Roju Pandage and Donga. It is certainly a big feast for cinephiles when three movies of different genres come to cinemas on the same day. But, there is a common problem for all the movies- the second half.
All three films are done with censor formalities, received censor certificates and are all set for a grand release on 20th December. But the censor reports indicate that all three movies have to go through the second half test. Neither of the films is said to have a great second half. In Ruler, Balakrishna's heroism was elevated well in the first half but a lag in the second half is going to be a big test for the movie.
The same is the case with Sai Dharam Tej's Prathi Roju Pandage. While the first half is heard to be very entertaining, the momentum is likely to take a beating in the second half. Also, the emotions are rumored to have not worked well in the second half. Karthi's Donga also is facing the same problem, but it remains to be seen how true these rumors are.
