Kareena Kapoor Khan is one of the senior star actresses in Bollywood and she has been been ruling the roost from last two decades. She is currently acting with Akshay Kumar for 'Good Newwz' and it is in final leg of production and is set for a grand release on 27th December.
While promoting 'Good Newwz', Kareena said she's quite surprised over why audiences still compare her with current generation actresses. 'It's been around 20 years I am in the industry, but I'm amazed with the fact that fans still compare me with the young actresses and newcomers. Even though it is something to feel happy about, I don't think it is a right thing to do. In two decades of my career, I have always devoted myself to work and I am contented about my film career.'
In 2000, Kareena Kapoor entered Bollywood with 'Refugee', which has Abhishek Bachchan in lead role. Later in 2001, she starred with Shahrukh Khan in Ashoka and it gave a good break to her. Karan Johar's 'Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Gum' (2001), in which Kareena was paired alongside Hrithik Roshan, went on to become a massive blockbuster. Some of the biggest hits in her career include Dev, 3 Idiots, Udta Punjab, Jab We Met, Chameli, Bhajrangi Bhaijaan and more.
