There are those situations when the subject matter experts come up with their theories and analysis but when you are sure of your conviction and confident of your vision, there is a good chance that you can prove all those experts wrong. This is something the Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu has done now with his new business venture.

Apparently, the direction of the entertainment industry has been focusing largely on the digital entertainment and this gave rise to a new theory among the market experts. Many said there will be no more theatres due to OTTs like Netflix, Amazon Prime and others. They also predicted even the life of the existing theatres is also going to be short.

However, Mahesh has done something which has broken all these observations. Just last year he has built a multiplex known as the AMB Cinemas and on the eve of its completing one year, he shared the statistics of its performance. The multiplex has done rocking business and it only goes to show that when you offer the right entertainment in the right infrastructure, the Telugu audience is always game for it.
