The first season of Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee's web series 'The Family Man' has got a huge response from the audiences. The season 1, which release on Amazon Prime on 21st September, features Manoj as a middle class man who secretly works for National Intelligence Agency. Southern actress Priyamani was seen as Manoj's wife and other leading actors in the web series include Neeraj Madhav, Pawan Chopra, Kishore Kumar, and others.


The makers, on Thursday, announced that the filming of the second season has begun and top actress in Tollywood, Samantha Ruth Prabha is going to play an important role in it. The filmmakers, Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, have made an official announcement in this regard.


'right now Srikant (Manoj Bajpayee) is on a vacation with suchi and kids but we promise he will be back soon!' - tweeted Amazon Prime handle. On another hand, Samantha took to her Instagram page saying: "TheFamilyMan #TheFamilyMan2 Yasssssssss finallyyyyyyy.... my web series debut with the most kickass show ...  @rajanddk my heroes. Thank you for giving me a dream role." Some rumors in the past indicated that Sam will be seen in a negative role in her first web series.
