Rahul Sipligunj, who entered the Bigg Boss house without any expectations, has emerged as winner of third season in Telugu by defeating popular TV anchor Sri Mukhi, who gave a tough competition to Rahul. In fact, everyone were expecting either Baba Bhaskar or Sri Mukhi or Varun Sandesh will win BB title. Even though Rahul has suprised everyone by winning the BB title, he seems to be little disappointed about his remuneration.
For having win Bigg Boss title, the Tollywood singer won Rs 50 lakhs as cash prize and it is subject tax cut. Generally, the show organisers agree to pay some remuneration to contestants for the number of weeks they stay inside the BB house. The amount organizers pay is based on the popularity and demand of that contestant.
Since Rahul stayed in the house for all 100 days, it is everyone's assumption that he could have earned some decent money as remuneration from Bigg Boss. But, the Hyderabadi boy seems have not even earned 20 lakhs for sustaining 100 days in the house. On other hand, runner up and busiest TV anchor Sri Mukhi has gained much more than what Rahul took home. Also, dance choreographer Baba Bhaskar and Varun Sandesh have earned huge sum through Bigg Boss show. Among all the finalists, the least paid contestant- Rahul- has emerged as title winner.
