Kollywood filmmaker A.L Vijay married and got seperated with popular actress Amala Paul after two years of being together. Both of them moved on in their respective lives and concentrated on films and work. Vijay's last directorial venture was Prabhu Deva and Tamannah starrer Devi-2, which was a disaster at box-office.

Now, the director has taken the next big step in his life by getting married for second time. Vijay, earlier this week, entered into a wedlock with a Chennai based doctor named R Aishwarya and it was a totally private event, with only close family members in attendance.

Previously, the director issued a statement, “It’s an arranged marriage and going to be private ceremony which will be held in July 2019. With all your love and blessings, I am embarking on a new chapter of life!” Vijay's first marriage with Amala didn't work out as both of them differed over her decision to continue acting in films after the marriage.

Currently, Amala has got four movies her kitty. Amala's upcoming thriller film 'Aadai' is slated for a grand release on 19th July, 2019.
