Akshay Kumar's action movie 'Rowdy Rathore' is one of the most loves films of the star hero. The film, which is a remake of SS Rajamouli's Telugu hit 'Vikramarkudu', released in 2012 and went on to emerge as the biggest hit of that year.

Speculation is rife that film's director Prabhu Deva has shared his interest to make a sequel for Rowdy Rathore with his close associates. Also, his team has reportedly begun to work on the script and Akshay Kumar will be the male lead in the sequel too. The unconfirmed news about Rowdy Rathore part-2 is making the fans of the actor quite happy. While Sonakshi Sinha romanced Akshay in the first part, it remains to be seen who will be that lucky lady for the sequel!

So, if everything goes as per plan, the part-2 will go on floors early next year. In the meanwhile, the Kesari actor will entertain us on the silver screen with 'Laxmi Bomb', a Raghava Lawrence directorial.
