Writer turned director Trivikram is one of the top filmmakers in Tollywood and every actor loves to work in his direction. He is not just the most sought after director in Tollywood, but other language actors also like to be part of his movies. When it comes to Suriya, he is one of the most celebrated Tamil actors in Tollywood with the good fanbase in both Telugu speaking states.

Speculations about Trivikram collaborating with Suriya popped up some months ago, but it didn't materialize due to reasons best known to them. Now that the star hero is coming up with his next project NGK, slated for release on May 31, he was asked whether the film with Trivikram is still on or not! Speaking about it, Suriya stated, "Yes, I was in talks with Trivikram some time ago, but that project didn't work at that time." However, he confessed that he still continues to discuss with Trivikram and pursue a story. So, let us hope that a Trivikram's film with Suriya will see the light one day. 

The NGK star has further added that he's very much keen to work in a straight Telugu project, given a right script reaches him. His last Telugu film, Rakta Charitra-2 in Ram Gopal Varma's direction came in 2011 and since then, his Telugu fans are demanding him to do a straight movie in Telugu.
