Raghava Lawrence is a well-known South Indian director known for making popular horror series in the name of 'Kanchana' (in Telugu). Earlier this year, the director agreed to make his Bollywood debut by remaking Kanchana as 'Laxmmi Bomb' with Akshay Kumar.
But, the director announced his exit from the film last week, in an unexpected manner. According to Lawrence, he was not informed about first look poster release in prior and he wasn't given self-respect for his job. So, he decided to make an exit from Laxmmi Bomb. The latest we hear from Lawrence is that he may return as 'Laxmmi Bomb' director if everything goes well. Though the producers of the film have not said anything about it, they're travelling to Chennai to meet Lawrence and convince him to rejoin.
The director on Saturday tweeted about it and also revealed that he is overwhelmed with immense love from both Akshay Kumar fans and his fans. Fans of Akshay and Lawrence have been requesting him to rejoin 'Laxmmi Bomb' team. The director on Saturday tweeted: "Tomorrow, the Producers are coming to Chennai to meet me. It's completely in their hands now, if I'm given proper self-respect for my job, then I'll think about it. Let's see after the meeting.
