The Queen of Bollywood Kangana Ranaut has turned like the hottest devil at Cannes 2019 as she shows that much of sex appeal with her dressing. Sported in a mind-blowing costume, Kangana has exposed her oomph factor, especially the cleavage show is looking like naked and there is no doubt about it.

Off course it is not new for Kangana to expose the cleavage ‘angle’ but, it is something special many of her fans are stating in social media.
